Memorial Treat Bags

I have been in a patriotic mood for a few days.  I had 6 cellophane bags in my stash and decided to make a few treat bags in honor of the upcoming Memorial holiday next month.



Elmo Favors

I finished these birthday party favors for my sister in laws sons first birthday party.  I sent her a picture and she loved them!  Cute and fast!

Elmo Birthday Invitations

Good evening everyone.  I just wanted to share a birthday party invitation sample I did for my sister-in-law.  She didn't ask me to do them so I'm not sure she is even going to like them but I just wanted to help her out a little bit in this area of the party planning.  Since I am still working on some favors and a scrapbook I wanted to go simple simple simple so this is what I did.  I got this idea from someone on youtube but I don't remember her name.  Hopefully she will like these for her son's first birthday.

Ok, so I just found out, my husband didn't get things straight.  He thought she wanted invitations but didn't really want to ask.  My sister-in-law told me right now, she had basic photo invitations made and just mailed them out yesterday.  She told me she wished she would have asked me before.  Oh well.  LOL



First Communion Favors

My niece is receiving the sacrament of First Communion in a few weeks and I wanted to make some very simple favors for the celebration.  I am already making an album for her per her mom's request so I knew that was going to take up my time so I wanted as simple as possible.  I made these using the Fun Flowers die.  I stamped a flower image in Tempting Turquoise ink from the Vintage Vogue stamp set on the white flower.  I used Tempting Turquoise card stock and basic white card stock.  The cross is a computer image.  I used a two-way glue pen around the edges of the cross and sprinkled with Dazzling Diamonds.  The back is writing that I typed on the computer.  To top it off, I used some turquoise ribbon I bought at Joanne's.  I really wish I had the Tempting Turquoise ribbon to match but oh well, the color is very close!!!

  

Mothers Day Card and Fifth Avenue Floral Card

Good morning everyone.  Happy Sunday!!  I wanted to share with you a couple of cards I made,  The first one is a card I made for my stepdaughter who lives in Pennsylvania.  I wanted her to know that she is thought of all the time, very simple and very quick card.  The next card I made for my mom for Mothers Day.  I just LOVE how it came out.  I'm trying to get ahead of my game with the holidays.  I will be making a duplicate card today for my mother in law.  I hope they love it just like I do!!

Friend to Friend

So I was up last night and of course I couldn't stay away from my desk so I made this everyday card for some friends of ours.  I hope they like it.  I will have my grandson overnight tonight so I won't be able to do any crafting until tomorrow night.  I will be working on some recipe books that I need to get shipped to my 4 nieces in the next 3 weeks or so.  The pressure!!

Amazing Places

I have no idea why I'm up so late.  I start crafting and I don't want to go to sleep.  Ugh!  I just finished this card for my dad so I can put some moola in for his upcoming naval reunion trip to Chicago. 

Easter Cards

Good morning and Happy Friday!!  I made this religious card for my daughter.  I didn't have any religious stamps so I got the Jesus image from the internet.  Since I was making her a card, I made one more for my parents.  For the most part it was a simple card but the measuring and cutting the crosses were very irritating.  I really need to find a die or a nice big stamp to cut out!

Happy Monday.  I'm here again.  I came home from work and I had to make a card, for my sanity's sake.  LOL.  Anyway, I made this card for my parents.  Just want them to know I love them. 



You Are Wonderful

Good morning everyone.  It's a gorgeous day to be alive!  I've been so busy with parties this weekend but with all that going on, I made time to make a card for my sister-in-law.  She is always there for me when I need her.  She is also a crafter and sometimes she buys me things and I wanted her to know how much I appreciate and love her.
